A starting point
In the context of the maintenance of low pressure vessels in nuclear power plants, it is generally necessary to install a rail to carry out lifting operations.
It is often difficult to find anchor points in the vicinity, and the installation of new anchors on the ceiling generates numerous difficulties both operational (concrete scanner, authorizations, planning) and economic.
A unique and reliable solution
With C-BLOCK™, it is possible to install the rail directly on the concrete ceiling without impacting its integrity (no holes).
The final assembly is safer for lifting operations, and installed 40% faster (7 days for the installation of 64 anchors with C-BLOCK™ versus 12 days for dowels) and with fewer personnel.
The result of a key partnership
In addition, our solution improves the safety of the personnel: lighter and less noisy equipment, and without vibrations but also more ergonomic because self-supporting.
C-BLOCK™ also ensures full traceability of anchoring operations thanks to the recording of installation data. It is also easily inspectable and eliminates any risk of malfunction.
